Clic Sports — Privacy Policy

Clic Sports is an arena marble-shooter puzzle game in which players aim and fire matching colored spheres into rolling spiral chains, triggering combo cascades across 20 campaign stages and an Endless Arena survival mode.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy describes what information the Game collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and the choices available to you. By downloading, installing, or using Clic Sports, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2.1 Personal Data

Clic Sports does not require account creation or the submission of names, physical addresses, or financial details to play. If you voluntarily contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the content of your message.

2.2 Technical Data

• Device model, operating system and version, device language, and screen resolution
• App version, build number, and general device performance signals used for crash reporting
• Advertising and analytics identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple ID for Advertisers. Your advertising identifier is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes; you may reset or limit it at any time through your device settings.
• IP address, used at the time of collection to derive an approximate, non-precise location (such as country or region) and is not stored in a form that identifies you individually

2.3 Usage Data

• Gameplay activity such as stages completed, shot accuracy, combo streaks, Endless Arena scores, and Vortex Fever participation
• In-app purchases and virtual item usage, where applicable
• Interaction with advertisements, including impressions, clicks, and completions
• Push notification interaction, where notifications are enabled

2.4 On-Device Data

Certain data — such as local save state, sound preferences, selected stadium theme, and cached progress — is stored only on your device using standard local storage mechanisms and is not transmitted to our servers unless needed to sync progress, provide support, or as otherwise described in this Policy. Some features may still require occasional network connectivity to function correctly.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Game, including campaign stages, Endless Arena, and the Arena Shop
• Diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, and monitor stability and performance
• Personalize and measure the effectiveness of in-game advertising
• Analyze aggregate gameplay trends to balance stage difficulty and design future content
• Respond to support requests and communicate important updates
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

The Game and its partners use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies to recognize your device, remember preferences, measure engagement, and deliver and measure the performance of advertising. These technologies may collect information such as device identifiers, IP address, and app usage patterns. You can manage or limit certain identifiers through your device's privacy settings, and where legally required we will request your consent before using non-essential technologies.

Clic Sports may display in-app advertisements and uses analytics tools to understand how the Game is used. We work with the following categories of service providers:

• Firebase Analytics (Google) — collects app usage and performance data to help us understand engagement and stability
• OneSignal — delivers push notifications, where enabled, based on a device-level notification identifier
• Install Referrer (Google Play) — records how the app installation originated (for example, from an advertising campaign) so we can measure marketing effectiveness

Advertising partners integrated into the Game may use your advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. Your advertising identifier is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes; you may reset or limit it at any time through your device settings. You may also opt out of certain interest-based advertising through your device's ad settings or platform-provided tools.

Clic Sports includes virtual in-game currency ("Coins") earned by clearing stages, achieving high scores, and completing Vortex Fever bonus rounds. Coins may be used in the Arena Shop to purchase match boosters such as Bomb Blasts, Rainbow Spheres, and Freeze Frost, and to unlock cosmetic stadium themes such as Crimson Stadium, Cyber Horizon, Emerald Turf, Royal Pantheon, and Lava Caldera. Where available, coins may also be purchased with real money.

If the Game offers optional features such as a player nickname, leaderboard display name, or support-ticket message, any content you submit through these features may be visible to us and, in the case of leaderboard names, to other players. Please avoid including personal information in any nickname or message you submit. We may remove or moderate content that violates our content guidelines or applicable platform policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Game, such as analytics, crash-reporting, and notification providers (Firebase Analytics, OneSignal, Install Referrer, and similar partners)
• Advertising partners, to deliver and measure in-app advertising
• App store platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store), which process purchases and provide certain device and account data to us as part of normal platform operation
• Legal and safety authorities, where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this Policy

We retain different categories of information for different periods, depending on their purpose:

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.

• You can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier at any time in your device settings
• You can manage notification and sound settings from within the Game or your device settings
• You can uninstall the Game at any time, which removes locally stored data from your device
• You may request deletion of data associated with your device by contacting us

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Clic Sports is a family-friendly game, but it is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable age, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date at the top of this Policy, and, where appropriate, through an in-game notice. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
